  Great place! Chris was very nice and helpful.

  Spot on experience from Chris and My Scooter Rent in Rome.

Initially I messaged on WhatsApp, they have a good selection of scooters, Chris recommended I rent the GTS model Vespa as I was intending to travel outside of rome.

Picked the scooter up in the morning, usual check in process with a €600 deposit on my credit card. Definitely recommend paying €5 to put a phone holder onto the scooter so you can use sat nav to get around. The shop does their pre-rent checks and I take my own walk round video of the scooter too, I would always recommend doing this when renting any vehicle.

Chris gave me local knowledge and where to go and what to avoid too, we got to see places we probably wouldn’t otherwise. Chris also recommended restaurants and places to eat.

I rented the scooter for 24 hours, picked up at 10am at opening time but needed to drop it off by 830am the next day. The shop wasn’t open but as agreed with Chris I dropped it off, took a walk round video of the scooter and sent it on WhatsApp, locked it up outside the shop and posted the keys through the letter box. When Chris opened the shop he sent me a picture of the refund receipt, and within 24 hours I had my deposit back.

Absolutely would recommend, excellent service.
